The latest Tile of the Week entry. I didn't notice I was out of scheduled posts, so had to do something quick. This took about five minutes to sketch out, and another ten or so to treat for blueness. Enjoy!

The latest Tile of the Week entry. Today's geomorph is a lakefront cave. Sun and sand in the underground anyone?

The newest Tile of the Week entry. This one is just a bit of spaghetti cave, with three levels, a well on the upper tier, and a pool of water on the lowest. Someone's placed a couple ladders in there to make transitions between various cave levels easier (or to draw someone into a trap...)

The latest Tile of the Week entry, a simple three-way cavern intersection with loose rubble and a few natural steps in one passage.

The GM and player tiles in this pair are identical. I try to provide both in all cases for completeness, even if there isn't actually a reason.

The latest Tile of the Week entry. This geomorph depicts the end of a grand hallway. Apparently the miners discovered an unexpected natural cavern while excavating. They've erected a hasty stone wall to block off the cave.

The latest Tile of the Week entry is a squared off tunnel to grand cavern transition. There's an elevation change and staircase in the central chamber, along with a small well.

The latest Tile of the Week entry. This is a simple four-way intersection with a pit in the center. One passage expands into a 20-foot wide grand hallway. The next couple tiles I post will feature similar transitional connections.

The latest Tile of the Week entry. This week's tile is a small cliff-edged and boulder-strewn island. If you're going to have water, you need islands too, right?

The latest Tile of the Week entry. This tile is an entry passage, with a cross-tile stream leading further into a cave complex. Someone's arranged a few stones near the southern entry.

And as promised last week, a little trick using these tiles (reduced to half-size for easier viewing):

The latest Tile of the Week entry. This week's entry is actually two half-tiles, and they're part of a new style I'm doing that feature cross-tile water courses. Each of these tiles has half a stream running along one edge. Stick them together to make a single full tile. Next week's entry will show a little trick for combining multiple tiles in this format.

The latest Tile of the Week entry. This entry is one of a new style I'm working on, which features geomorph-crossing water features. The river and lake edges will match up between these tiles (though a few older tiles are out of luck, as their water edges weren't designed with this system in mind). This particular tile shows a river (well, stream really), leading into an underground lake or sea. To the north, someone's excavated a fortified tunnel system, while to the south, natural caves lead away from the watercourse.

The latest Tile of the Week entry. This week's entry is a full-sized tile, a big single chamber with a step-pyramid in the center, partially surrounded by a water-filled moat.
The latest Tile of the Week entry. This week features an underground lake or sea, with a small dock complex on the shore. I've been messing around with some crate and barrel icons too, so they make an appearance here.
The latest Tile of the Week entry. This is a ruined cellar, a house or perhaps a small inn. There's an exterior staircase leading down to this area, and a second ruined staircase that might indicate a hole to the interior upstairs. There are also a few barrels and crates and an old well in the other rooms. It's a bit of a departure from the usual Dungeons in Blue stuff, but sometimes you need mundane spaces too.
The latest Tile of the Week entry. This is a fairly simple tile, a pair of symmetric corridors leading to a sunken cavern with a stone pattern worked into the center of the floor. Or is it a cover stone?
The latest Tile of the Week entry. This time we have the classic rotating dungeon section. In this case, the rotation feature can be emulated on the VTT by rotating the entire tile, since the non-moving parts are symmetric. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to deal with moving walls on the VTT, something that allows the GM to show the players the various altered positions.

The latest Tile of the Week entry. Sometimes you just need a looooong hallway. This one features elevated balconies, a large crevice, and decorative pillars and statues. Perfect for a running battle.
The latest Tile of the Week entry. This is a more random-dungeon style entry, with several secret passages, a nice slime-room, and a large, fancy room with lots of pillars, statues, and fountains/pools.
