Here are the first groups and some details on where they're based. This is really rough so far, I'm still working out how to best publish this here. In TiddlyWiki everything is linked up so it's easy to find hex from group or vice versa. Also: holy crap is blogger bad at applying headers.
Hex 4343

- Features: Cave-like sinkholes leading to small caverns and tunnels are everywhere.
- First settled by the Cult of Slar in Y0.
- Race: Lizard Men
- Class: Pilgrims
- Location: Hex 4343
- Rating (SLMR): 4856
- Arrived from the south Summer Y0. Followed the coast to Hex 4343.
Their powerful shaman leader, Thraeshma, immediately established a small temple to the cult's object of worship, the lizard demon Slar, in one of the caves in this barren region.

- Terrain: Wooded Wetland
- Features: Manmade Landmark
- First settled by the Red Claw in Y0.
- Race: Lizard Men
- Class: Military
- Location: Hex 3143
- Rating (SLMR): 4475
- Arrived Winter Y0, traveling overland from the south.
- Terrain: Forested Hills
- Features: Nothing of note.
- The Followers of Doz first appear here in Y0, but establish no permanent presence.
- Race: Goblin
- Class: Pilgrims
- Location: Hex 1116
- Rating (SLMR): 8457
- Native group first discovered Summer Y0.
- Terrain: Forested Hills
- Features: Gnoll Village (one road needed)
- First settled by the Gravemaker Clan in Y0, who establish a small settlement.
- Race: Gnoll
- Class: Military
- Location: Hex 0401
- Rating (SLMR): 4784
- Arrived Autumn Y0 from the northwest.
- Established settlement in Hex 0401 in Winter Y0.
- Terrain: Mountain Coast
- Features: Creature Lair
- Occupied by the Sea Tempest Pirates in Y0.
- Race: Goblin
- Class: Pirates
- Location: Hex 4734
- Rating (SLMR): 4784
- Arrived Autumn Y0 by sea from the north.
